I wanted to mention that one of my constituents asked why the GPO doesn't produce a Congressional Directory until about three-quarters of the way through Congress when it would be more useful to have it sooner.

What we are trying to do is send a strong demand signal that we want domestic production.

I look around this room and see that everyone here is deeply committed to the mission of giving everyone in this country a fair shot at achieving the American Dream.
