I yield myself such time as I may consume. Today, we commemorate the 10th anniversary of the National Book Festival. The Library of Congress' commitment to the spread of knowledge is well-known and so is their unbridled joy of books and reading. I am pleased to be a cosponsor of this resolution, along with all the members of the Committee on House Administration, and would like to congratulate the Library of Congress on another highly successful National Book Festival and laud their continued efforts to spread the joy and wonder of reading. I reserve the balance of my time.
