I just wanted to go back to the question that I asked earlier, if we can think of any excuse that would be acceptable.

Provisional voting is good for robust democracy and encouraging citizens to engage with voting.

I would urge a 'no' vote on this amendment.

I just wanted to--you know, the sense I get of some of these amendments is to really go backwards rather than forward.
