I yield myself such time as I may consume. I just wanted to acknowledge and thank my colleague, Mrs. Biggert, because she co-led with me that first trip we took to Afghanistan, to Zabul province, and we had that opportunity to observe women who had very, very incredibly difficult lives and yet were as aspirational as so many women that we meet every day. I wanted to acknowledge her for that leadership. I now yield 1\1/2\ minutes to the gentlewoman from Hawaii (Ms. Hanabusa) and thank her for her leadership as well.
