I appreciate the support on both sides of the aisle. I think this program is one that we can all be proud of, and in a time when people think that there is debate and rancor among the parties in Congress, I can tell that this is one area where we all agree that America has created a fantastic opportunity for its youth, for its people of all ages to be able to experience overseas living as minorities in another land. As a return volunteer, I reflect on my experience every day, and I appreciate the support Congress is giving it.
