Congress needs to represent the States that they were elected in. It is time that we represent them here in the United States Congress to allow medical marijuana laws in those States that have been approved by the voters and approved by their legislatures--39 States, the District of Columbia, and Guam. That is 41 total, the majority of the American population. It is a states' rights issue. Support this amendment.
