Well, I think that is my point, and the point is that leadership is about getting results. We are into an election-year mode. We all know what is going on in this country, and if we watch the people, it is so easy at this time of the year, this time of elections, to listen to people complain. It is easy to criticize. It is easy to find fault. It is easy to be negative. It is very difficult in the political arena, in a bipartisan fashion, to forge something that can be signed into law and that can be instrumental in helping solve the problem. That is the measure of leadership, is what kind of results are you getting. To do nothing is not a result, particularly when it is dealing with how do you clean up the air, how do you clean up the water, how do you clean up the oceans, how do you make transportation more accessible, affordable and certainly less congestive. If it is just complaining about it, it is not getting results.
