We finally got around to realizing that the military is an institution of government.
I don't think that those magnetometers and officers truly are budget neutral.
I think it has really taken off and it gives our veterans a chance to feel like they are really appreciated.
But not our staffs. Haven't had a COLA increase in 5 years.
