I couldn't agree more with Dr. Lantos Swett. There are two things, just to reemphasize what she said.

To think that sequestration had very little impact because you did not have to lay off or furlough people is a misnomer.

I think if you want to stop the dumping of tomatoes, just have the American tomato growers produce a tasteful tomato.
