I thank the gentlewoman from Washington (Ms. Randall) for her words. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from New York (Mr. Espaillat), chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and my good friend.

Your inability to hold yourself accountable makes you incapable to lead. To lead. This alone makes you unfit to be the secretary of Defense.

But the current federal transit funding framework isn’t adequate for these communities, leaving too many of them without the support they need.

You’re not worthy of my attention or my questions. You’re an embarrassment to this country, you’re unfit to lead, and there’s been bipartisan members of Congress that have called for your resignation.
