I talked with Congressman Ro Khanna in the piece and he`s helped shepherd through, as by the way, Senate Majority Leader Schumer have been a huge champion on this, a bill called -- in the senate it`s called the Compete Act, which is a huge bill spending between $250 billion on the Senate side, $350 billion on the House side, on technology although structured sort of around anti-China concerns.
