The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle D of title I of division A, add the following: SEC. __. PROGRAM TO ASSIST VETERANS TO ACQUIRE COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSES. Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary, in coordination with the Secretary of Defense, shall fully implement the recommendations contained in the report submitted under section 32308 of MAP-21 (49 U.S.C. 31301 note).
