I want to address the poppy and the drugs that finance the Taliban.

It would be wise and would make a statement if the State Department were to come out and issue a travel warning, specifically for the country of Japan.

The only comment I wanted to make which we are saying here, I think a number of us are very worried about the budget.

Our troops need access to the most accurate, up-to-date information to make informed tactical decisions.
