“I have an amendment at the desk. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end of subtitle B of title XIII the following: SEC. 13__. REPORTS AND CERTIFICATIONS REGARDING TRAINING AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDED TO THE NATIONAL SECURITY FORCES OF CERTAIN RECIPIENT COUNTRIES. Section 333 of title 10, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ``(4) The final quarterly report of every fiscal year shall be accompanied by a public annex, made available on the internet, detailing, for each recipient country, the following: ``(A) The amount of funds allocated, obligated, and disbursed for programs under subsection (a). ``(B) The amount of each of such categories of funds dedicated to training, provision of equipment, and other services. ``(C) The number of personnel trained, and the identities of recipient units with more than 50 trainees (or other appropriate number).…”
