The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of subtitle E of title X, insert the following: SEC. 10__. UNITED STATES MUNITIONS LIST. The President may not remove from the United States Munitions List any item that was included in category I, II, or III of the United States Munitions List, as in effect on August 31, 2017.
