Political theater, political posturing for 2020, that is what we are hearing. This is the law. This is the Rules Committee moving forward a piece of legislation that will prevent the President from calling a bogus national emergency, from stealing money from our troops, from taking from those who don't have and those who are giving everything that they have to protect our Nation. Political posturing for 2020. Mr. Speaker, I reserve the balance of my time.
