We must also recognize that Title 42 did not stop migration to the United States.
There is no justification for denying vulnerable migrants the legal right to seek asylum.
Congress must support these efforts and push for a Federally-mandated 'best interests of the child standard.'
the rule of law is that you can come to a port and you can apply for asylum. We are not following that rule of law.
