I keep a very close eye on these agencies. To the extent that I believe that they are not promoting the general welfare and that special interest is served rather than the public interest, I would be certain to join with the gentleman in criticism of those aspects. But that is not what the point is here tonight. I urge my colleagues to oppose the Paul amendment.
