I do have something else I want to say because I contend what the gentleman is putting forth here today in this rush for 100 days, in your 100-day agenda, is trampling on over 200 years of the rule of law in our country, protecting the rights of the innocent, and people can get up here all day and talk about anecdotes that are devastating and terrible and we all have those stories to tell about people who are guilty, and who abuse the process. This is not what the Watt amendment is about. The Watt amendment is about protecting the innocent, and the overwhelming number of people in our country I believe want to protect the innocent.
