I would have hoped he would have been here, because this is an issue of such major concern to our great State of California. What I said was that the consumers of California were rejected last night in the Committee on Rules, because the chairman of the Committee on Rules would not allow the Eshoo amendment, which would have been the right way to go in order to get refunds for California.
