If you add that to what our Republican colleagues did in the Ways and Means Committee this morning when they passed $225 billion of unpaid-for tax expenditures, that means that just today the Republican side of this House spent $320 billion that we don't have, directly shifting the cost to our deficit and our debt. This is not tax reform, Members, and this is not paid for. It is not a good way to proceed, and I ask for a ``no'' vote.
