I was joined by several of my colleagues, including the full Agriculture Committee Chairman, Mr. Conaway from Texas.

We all want to make sure that the United States is a competitive place where we attract businesses.

It has to be able to pay for itself. And, if it doesn't, all we are doing is digging the deficit hole deeper.

We need to look at what the other guys are doing in order to win, and adopt those practices.
