I yield myself 1 minute, Mr. Speaker. Mr. Speaker, I just want to say to the gentleman from Illinois that the last thing the Republicans have wanted to do is to work with us to make ACA work better--the last thing. Instead, they have, time and time again, tried to destroy ACA. In Illinois, there are nine carriers providing health insurance. If there is an interruption, whether it is a CO-OP or another plan, under ACA, there is a special period available for people to obtain a different insurance--nine different carriers. Essentially, what this is is an effort to destroy a provision that is so important to making healthcare reform viable. That is my answer to the gentleman from Illinois. I reserve the balance of my time, Mr. Speaker.
