If my colleague would yield for a moment, it is my understanding that the bill appropriates $700 million from the Land and Water Conservation Fund [LWCF] for land acquisition which have been set aside for a variety of projects, some of which will be identified after consultation with the administration and the House. I believe approximately $285 million of those funds have not been designated for specific projects.
