“If I could read this, because I only have a few minutes, on page 3 of the amendment, Judicial Review: United States Code is amended by saying no court, justice, or judge shall have jurisdiction to hear or consider an application for writ of habeas corpus filed by or on behalf of an alien outside the United States who is detained at Guantanamo Bay. Is it not accurate to say that no court of the United States could review a conviction which even resulted in a death sentence for one of these people down at Guantanamo and that that is inconsistent with the decision of the Supreme Court in re Quirin?”
