The Republican bill is weak on work. It does not provide the resources, according to CBO. I want to say something, though, to my friend, the gentleman from Florida [Mr. Shaw], on the tax subject. Look, we forced you to drop your tax increases on the working poor. They were in your bill and you know it. We forced them out. Every bit of the EIT change in Castle-Tanner relates to compliance.
