I yield the gentlewoman an additional 30 seconds. Ms. DeLAURO. I have long called for the lowering of the eligibility threshold to zero, so that more families in need could benefit. But, like so much else from this majority, this bill unnecessarily leaves working families who are struggling behind. I cannot, in good conscience support it, nor should any of my colleagues support it. Oppose this cruel, cruel elimination of a child tax credit for deserving families.
