They have proven they do not leak the information. They perform--I agree with the good chairman--a very valuable service as to what they do. But what it seems to me the chairman is saying is there is less confidence the legislative branch will protect the classification of this material than the executive branch will protect it. I do not think we can accept a premise that we are more likely to leak classified information here in the Congress than the executive branch is likely to leak it.
