Surely. Mr. McCAIN. Is it not also true that as the Senator mentioned, and I wish to emphasize, that Senator Whitehouse's Combating Counterfeiting Military Act is a part of this bill, so that would hopefully satisfy at least the Judiciary Committee? I see the distinguished Senator from Iowa here. He does not intend to address this issue, but I hope we can get the committees of jurisdiction involved in this as quickly as possible. I think this is an issue we should not delay too much longer.
