“We should again put our colleagues on notice that there is very limited time tomorrow morning under the unanimous consent agreement. There was an effort made to extend that time. The effort did not succeed. So there will literally be 30 minutes tomorrow morning equally divided between both Iraq amendments and the habeas corpus matter, which is a very small window of time tomorrow morning. We would urge, I think my good friend from Virginia would agree, that the Senators who wish to speak on either of those matters should make a real effort to get here tonight.”
