I have not had a chance to read this language until tonight. I guess that is part of the problem. It also is clear this is going to be adopted. I want to ask one question for the record. This amendment goes beyond changes in the wiretap law as it relates to terrorism; is that correct? The language is ``any ongoing criminal investigation.''
