we are trying very hard to put the nuclear genie back into the bottle in North Korea. General Shalikashvili and the uniformed military strongly support the framework agreement that will allow us to do that. If we cut the funds to implement that agreement, instead of putting the nuclear genie back in the bottle, we will be breaking that bottle. I hope the Lieberman amendment is adopted with an overwhelming vote.
