What we are trying to do is work out a unanimous consent agreement. There will be 60-vote thresholds on those two amendments. Neither one of them, I believe, is germane. As part of that agreement, we would also next move to approximately 40 cleared amendments which we would then ask be passed as cleared. That would all be part of a unanimous consent agreement we are currently drafting. So I want to alert our colleagues---- Mr. McCAIN. For the benefit of our colleagues, could I add also the agreement of a half hour time limit on the Paul amendment? He would agree to that. I am sure Senator Landrieu would agree to a short time agreement on her amendment.”
