“I wish to thank the Senator for her leadership on so many other parts of this bill. This is a critical bill. It is a critical amendment that is now being offered. We are at yet another moment in this ongoing economic crisis at which we have to choose, choose between taking action to help lift our country and its people, or failing to act to alleviate their struggles.
