I read this yesterday, and I will read it again now. The Senator is right. I don't know how anybody reading this can reach any other conclusion but what the Supreme Court says, not because they are right or wrong but because of the Supreme Court: ``There is no bar to this Nation's holding one of its own citizens as an enemy combatant.'' By the way, nor should there be, in my judgment.
