I yield the gentleman an additional 30 seconds. Mr. McDERMOTT. By the time you find another car that's worth nothing, that's been in a wreck, you drive out thinking you had the thousand- dollar car you were getting. This is a phony attack on unemployment. Nobody should think of it as anything else. The press releases will say, We extended unemployment benefits. Yeah. Well, you pulled the rug out from under the long-term unemployment. This is not the usual unemployment. This is unemployment where we have the highest long-term unemployment in the history of this country in the last 50 years. It's a bad bill. Vote ``no.''
