To end my thanks--I do not see Senator McCain here. I think he had to leave for a few minutes. He is here. Let me personally thank him. I thought Senator McCain had to leave. I put in some thank-yous here on behalf of the committee, and I just want to tell the Senator how tremendous it is to work with him and how this tradition of bipartisanship in our committee has been maintained. The Senator is a very major part of the reason for that happening, and I thank him. Mr. McCAIN. I thank the chairman. One of the things I look back on with great nostalgia and appreciation is the relationship we have developed over many years. I must say that we have had spirited discussions from time to time, but they have been educational, enlightening, and entertaining. I thank the Senator for his leadership. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The majority leader. Mr. REID. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the next two votes be 10 minutes in duration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? Without objection, it is so ordered.
