Is it not true--if I may ask my friend--whether the threat is carried out, we will know tonight at 1 a.m.? Because at 1 a.m. tomorrow morning, we will vote not on the Reid measure but on a motion which 18 Senators signed which reads as follows: That we, the undersigned Senators, in accordance with rule XXII, hereby move to bring to a close the debate on the Reid motion. Is that not true?
