It will come back with the big tax cuts for the rich. Some of us are going to vote ``no.'' We will vote ``yes'' today, but ``no'' when it comes back because it isn't fair to the unemployed people of this country that the rich get their money for sure when we dole it out to the unemployed one bite at a time.
