I commend my friend from Virginia for his temperament, his ability to withhold any suggestion of personal comment. He is to be commended. He is literally a role model for that. The Senator from Virginia is correct. He showed great care for the Members of this body yesterday, gave great consideration to the Members, and I commend him for that.
