They opposed knocking out the sunset last year because they opposed any amendment and sunset was in the bill. What has changed since last year? The Senator from Idaho supported sunset last year. What has changed since last year? You do not have to wait until 6 years comes to change the bill. There is no implication in a sunset amendment that you have to wait. You can change it tomorrow.
