I would refer my friend to the debate in this body back on May 3, 1994, where the Senate reached a conclusion that it is the sense of the Senate, that was approved by, again, a vote of 88 to 9 or something like that, that the Financial Accounting Standards Board should not change the current generally accepted accounting treatment of stock options.
