“Is it not true that when the Justice Department was asked for that prosecution memo by the House, it did everything in its power not to give that prosecution memo to the House, and, as a matter of fact, it was only after the House subpoenaed that prosecution memo that it was then delivered to the House? So it is not as though the Department of Justice just handed it over to the House. They told the House, this is a sensitive document. They did not want to turn that over to the House. The House, Representative Clinger insisted on it, issued a subpoena, and that is when this document was delivered to the House of Representatives. Is that correct?”
