I am reassured to hear such a strong commitment from my colleague from Oklahoma to achieve a 95-percent minimum rate of return for all States in the long-term highway reauthorization bill. I look forward to continuing to work closely with the chairman to achieve this goal and in the fight for true donor State equity.
