Today’s announcement of potential sites for Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campuses has been years in the making.

The high cost of IVF treatment makes it difficult for thousands of Americans to start or grow their families. Family planning and fertility treatments are too costly and out of reach for too many Americans.

Congress must now work in a bipartisan, bicameral fashion to authorize the Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campuses and write them into law with clear oversight, clear benchmarks, and clear connections to permanent disposal.
