I would like to remind all Members and the gentleman that Republicans don't care about debt as long as they are doing the spending; it is only when Democrats are helping Americans, even in a time of crisis. Remember, it was the President of the United States, Trump, who said he likes debt. I quote him. He said he likes debt.
