This is another Member on the opposite side of the aisle, the gentleman from Arkansas, who, when we were trying to get the Bank up and running, he voted against reauthorization. He is voting against it again today. I don't know what it would take to make these Members who have consistently opposed reauthorization to ever support Ex-Im. I would like to remind him there are 10 exporters in his district for a total of $43 million--that is a total value of export--between 2014 and 2020. Mr. Chair, I yield 2 minutes to the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Stanton).
