The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 54, add after line 2 the following: SEC. 11. PROVISION OF REHABILITATIVE EQUIPMENT AND HUMAN- POWERED VEHICLES TO CERTAIN DISABLED VETERANS. (a) In General.--Section 1714(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking ``Any veteran'' and inserting ``(1) Any veteran''; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: ``(2)(A) The Secretary may furnish rehabilitative equipment to any veteran who is entitled to a prosthetic appliance. ``(B) In carrying out subparagraph (A), the Secretary may modify non-rehabilitative equipment owned by a veteran only if the veteran elects for such modification. ``(C) The Secretary shall annually submit to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report on rehabilitative equipment furnished to veterans under subparagraph (A). Each such report shall include, with respect to the year covered by the report-- ``(i) the number of veterans eligible to receive such rehabilitative equipment; ``(ii) the number of veterans who received such rehabilitative equipment; ``(iii) the number of veterans who elected to receive modified equipment pursuant to subparagraph (B); and ``(iv) any recommendations of the Secretary to improve furnishing veterans with rehabilitative equipment.…
