The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from California (Mr. Takano) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 7925, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to designate the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic located in Palm Desert, California, as the `Sy Kaplan VA Clinic'.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
