Mr. Speaker, I likewise urge all of my colleagues to join me in passing H.R. 5481, as amended, and I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from California (Mr. Takano) that the House suspend the rules and pass the bill, H.R. 5481, as amended. The question was taken; and (two-thirds being in the affirmative) the rules were suspended and the bill, as amended, was passed. The title of the bill was amended so as to read: ``A bill to name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Forest City, North Carolina, as the `Master Sergeant Jerry K. Crump VA Clinic'.''. A motion to reconsider was laid on the table. ____________________
